Deliveries

All our parcels are processed 24/48 hours after receipt of your order. The delivery time is 3 to 5 days for domestic packages and 5 to 8 days for international packages..

For payments by bank transfer, orders are shipped upon receipt of proof of payment.

Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). The delivery times that we offer are from the day of shipment of the order. Each order placed before noon is shipped the same day. A confirmation email is sent to you once your order is shipped.

Deliveries are free in Switzerland and in EU countries when the amount of your order is higher than 299 CHF.
